Meet Greg Strump
Born and raised in Florida, Founder and CEO Greg Strump brings a lifelong understanding of the state's unique climate, construction styles, and environmental challenges to every inspection. A licensed and insured inspector, his professional credentials include membership in the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2), and Florida state licenses as a Home Inspector (HI768), Mold Assessor (MRSA3598), and Mold Remediator (MRSR3759).
Greg has built strong relationships with real estate and mortgage professionals, helping them provide better service to their customers. He also speaks regularly about home inspection topics to business organizations.
Community Involvement
Greg is also active in Habitat for Humanity, Florida Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC) and other local organizations, including:
