From Our Customers

Greg inspected a house, within days of requesting, I had under contract. His inspection was thorough and complete. Greg's report gave me the confidence that ultimately made my decision regarding the house.

Greg is very responsive, professional and thorough. We used Greg as a buyer's inspector on a historic property in St. Augustine and were very pleased with the timeliness and detail of his work, as well as his guidance. I highly recommend his services.

Working with the team at Sunspections was a very good experience. As a realtor, it is important to have an inspector that can get my property on their schedule, inspected and a report turned around in a timely manner. Greg was very thorough and was able to get a detailed report back on the same day. I would highly recommend his services.

Thank you so much for your thorough report. I really enjoyed meeting you as well. Your personality and patience will take you far! If I ever need another inspection you are definitely the guy!

We can't thank you enough for coming to our rescue yesterday. The whole deal was in danger of falling apart because of a last-minute insurance company request. You saved the day, and we truly appreciate it.
